Absolutely. With COD, youonly pay once you physically receive your order. You can inspect the package before handing over any cash. We never charge you until your item is in your hands.

We accept payment in UAE Dirhams (AED)only. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives, as change may not always be available.

If you no longer want the order, please cancel it at least 12 hours before the expected delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp. Repeated refusals at the door may result in future orders being declined. We appreciate your cooperation.

We offer a7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a free return pickup from your UAE address. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Message us with your order number and a brief reason for return, along with photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as cash payments. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll arrange a cash refund delivery within 3-5 business days. We'll confirm the date with you .

If your item is visibly damaged on arrival, do not accept or pay for the order. Ask the courier to note the damage and contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.
