If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

To request a return or refund, email us at support@hapybuyz.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is on our side

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
